Migrating iTunes Library

I have a quick question, the HD that has my iTunes Library is failing and I have a brand new 750gb HD to replace it with. Could I use Carbon Copy Cloner to duplicate my library on the new drive, and title the replacement HD the same as the one that houses my iTunes library?
