I've got my sexy new MBA in, and I'd like to transfer over some data from the old MB. I'm looking at the music, some videos, and settings/preferences/Safari favorites and RSS feeds info. I don't need most of the programs, and don't want to carry over a lot of the junk that is littering that HD.

How do I best do this? I've never had to do anything like it on a Mac.

You can run migration assistant over wifi. If you're not transferring apps and music, etc, it'll go quick.
 
No freaking way. I wouldn't have ever imagined that, the Apple guys really do think of everything!

(I hadn't even opened Migration Assistant yet, thinking that since I don't have an enclosure for my old HD, or a crossover Ethernet or USB cable, it wouldn't work.)
