iPod migrating mp3's from one drive to another

I have all my MP3's in my Disk2\MP3 directory.

I am moving everything to Disk3\MP3. Is there any way to update itunes so that it recognises the moved directory, without having to reimport the entire folder/subfolders of my MP3 directory?
