Migrating Netscape Mail over to Entourage

I had been using Netscape for email for years-even after they stopped upgrading it. Antiquated, but still useful. I bought Entourage 2008 for Mac and would like to transfer/migrate my old messages and contacts, which is a manual process. The problem is I haven't been able to locate the proper files on my computer to import.

Any tips on finding and importing these old items? Hopefully the formats are compatible.
