Migrating old data from Mail, Entourage, browser bookmarks, and iPhoto to new Macbook

Does anyone know how i can migrate all my old emails, pics, data, settings, account logins/passwords for Entourage, Mail, Safari, Firefox, and iPhoto from my old Powerbook G4 to my brand new Macbook? Mainly I need to know which folders and files to copy to the new machine, as I have already installed all these programs brand new in my new macbook.....
