Migrating photos from Aperture to iPhoto

Hello, I think this was asked in another thread but never answered. In any event, I can't find that thread right now (maybe it was on a different site?), so here's the question:

Is it possible to import photos from Aperture to iPhoto? Both the latest versions. I like Aperture but it is too slow for my Macbook Air.
