Has anyone had issues moving any Procreate files to the new M5 iPad Pro? I'm coming from an M4 iPad Pro, but I keep getting an "Artwork exceeds this devices capabilities." I could see if I was moving backwards, but this is a brand new machine. I tried restarting the iPad and the app, and it didn't make any difference.

I messaged Procreate about it, but I'm still waiting a response. Procreate's capabilities are very device dependent, so maybe the software needs to be updated to acknowledge the new hardware?

Likely just needing to update their app. I’ve seen comments from other people talking about games that wouldn’t let them adjust some settings because the device isn’t capable enough to run it, even though the M4 handled them fine. Give it a week or two and most app developers will be releasing updates for the M5.

Update: The Procreate 5.4.7 update just showed up in my App Store and all is well.
As I already erased my older M1 before checking if Procreate works on my new M5, almost ******* my pants as I read your original thread. Glad the update fixed it lol.
