Migration assistant - finding files not finished?

Migrating from an Intel machine to M1. Looks like it’s all copying across right now, the ”from” machine still said it was finding files, but I went ahead as continue or next wasn’t disabled to press. Will this be ok?

Also as there was no option as to what applications to copy across, what will happen with my Intel versions of apps after the migration on the new M1 machine?

When you first run an Intel app, you will be prompted to download and install the Rosetta translator, then the apps will work just fine.

Thanks. Some I guess would have Mac versions, I’m thinking of Photoshop etc.

Looks like Adobe does have an Apple Silicon native version of Photoshop.
