Migration Assistant Gets Hung Up

I have been able to start the Migration Asst in both my destination Mac and my sending PC. The Mac end of things presents me with the name of my PC and the XXXXXX number that I need to find on the PC. On the PC side of things, the Migration Asst says that it is waiting for my Mac to connect. Nothing progresses beyond that

The network is showing steady activity on the PC connection and the Mac is just Authenticating and showing the fast spiral.

Any thoughts?
