Migration assistant help

Hi,
Just brought a mac and I'm trying to transfer files from my pc to mac via migration assistant but am having some troubles.

When I load Migration assistant on the mac and click transfer files from a windows pc it gets stuck looking for source

I have migration assistant running on windows as well

How do I fix this?
