Okay, so I bought my new 13" MacBook Pro today and, quite understandably, attempted to migrate the data from my 1GHz TiBook over to the MBP via direct Ethernet. However, after getting to the, "Preparing information" stage, the TiBook freaks out after a couple of minutes and attempts to find another Mac to connect to.

Any ideas?

Also, the TiBook's running 10.4.11 with no way to upgrade to Leopard (the SuperDrive packed in long ago) and the MBP is running 10.5.8.

EDIT: Never mind, just read on the Apple Support Forums that Firewire's the way to go for PPC to Intel. :(
