Migration: Didn't sync Launchpad

Hi

I just migrated all my data from old MBP to new one. And every time I migrate (as far as I can remember) it never syncs the Launchpad... app order, app folder grouping, etc. All my apps are no longer in the right order and all those that I neatly grouped are no longer grouped.

Why Apple, why? Why do I have to do this from scratch every time I migrate to a new Mac?

Anyone know why?
