migration from pc question

hi all, transferred my pc stuff to my new mac. mac made a new account for all the transferred files.... what is the easiest way to get those files to my primary account? thanks, and I love my imac

I'm not clear what you did? So you have one account you imported the data to and another you setup you want to use?

If that is the case, you can copy data to/from /Users/Shared in both accounts without any permissions issues.

So use the tip he gave you and you'll be able to move all the files over. Log on to the new account, move all your files to the Shared folder, change user to the one you want to use, move the files from the Shared folder into where they belong, then delete the new account. Tada
