Migration - Icon Issue

I just popped a new hdd in my machine and did the TimeMachine transfer of all my files etc. Now I have a few programs like Logic & Pages that have the 'no bozos' crossed out circle icon overtop of the main icons. Any ideas how this happened or how it can be fixed? Corrupt files maybe? I certainly don't want to reinstall everything again.

Do those programs work? Do they have the correct icons in the Applications folder?

Yes they do. I found a restart fixed the icons in the applications folder....plus trashing the icons in the doc fixed the issue there.
