iPhone 13 Pro Max Migration to new iPhone 13 Pro Max -- setup screens skipped Apple Pay setup

Yeah, I know it's a minor annoyance, but when I transferred the data from my 12 to the new 13, the setup screens never offered me the ability to setup Apple Pay during the migration. My wife's 12->13 offered the Apple Pay setup just fine...

Seems to be a glitch maybe... But, thought I'd see if anyone else has had that same issue?

First try I did the same and Apple Pay set up actually gave me error and had to reset process. 2nd try didn’t do Apple Pay and everything went smooth. Done in 30 mins. I then set up Apple Pay. Cards where saved just needed to verify CVV. Went from 12PM to 13PM.

After it completed the transfer, it gave me the option to do Apple Pay. My wife's phone did it before the transfer. Strange...
