My hardrive was starting to go on my Macbook Pro. (2.4GHZ, 4MB ram, 500GB HD, OSX Lion 10.7.1) So i bought a new one and swapped it out before it crashed. I was running Lion before I swapped.

I ran migration assistant to transfer my 100GB worth of files. The program said it "transfered my files successfully." But I can't physically find the files on the drive. Disk Utility says the files are there. Mackeeper cant find them.

Did you already have a user created, and then you ran the Migration Assistant app? If so, it would have created a new user.
