Hi

Anybody previously experienced buying on on release day?
I initially ordered online but changed my mind,so now "thinking" of queueing up
Any advice would be great
Thanks

I did 8-5 last year and was number 25 in the queue. Anyone who got there before about 3.30 got something. Everyone who joined the queue up till about 1.30 got exactly what they wanted. After that some people had to compromise to get something on the day.

This year I ordered at 11.55pm online.

PS - take a chair !

Friend of mine done it last year there too, basically get there early doors to avoid disappointment :)

Thanks for your help
How will we know if it's a 9.00/9.30am or 5pm start please?
I have pre ordered a white 32GB 4G but I want the 64GB model,so will take delivery on friday then return and hopefully pick up a 64

It’s looking like a 8am release.

I’m going to get plenty of grief from friends and family for even considering getting in line at a silly time for an iPad. The truth is I am actually looking forward to it, but nowhere near as excited as I will be when I get my hands on a new iPad!

It’ll be interesting to hear what time people are thinking of getting in the queue? And any advice, chair is already in the boot!

Hi

What sort of time would you reccomend please when you said get there "first thing"

Thanks
