BTW Crunch doesn't change network carrier just time, and I need time.

Do some more research. It does change the carrier. You just have to look.

Downloaded Caption Crunch, Carrier String Edition and it changed Meteor to O2. Now nobody will ask how I managed to get iphone on Meteor which is not an official iPhone seller.
