MIME in Safari ?!?!?!?!?!

Im trying to view a live web cam on bourbon street and it wont work because safari doesnt support MIME how can i correct this?

which MIME are you talking about in Safari? (Go into Help, read the installed plugins; if it's not there, you may have to get it from the site you are visiting). BTW, my cams of NOLA are working from my Safari.
