Minecraft performance

It's not good. 25 FPS max. It shows as high as 60 at some points, but when your really playing it about 25. The CPU can not keep up with the draw rate needed. Constantly having to wait for it to catch up.
Shovel Kight is about as advanced as it acceptably gets for games on my 1.2
Will install Windows 10 and report back with my Minecraft findings.

Resolution?
I was able to get it running much better with optifine. However, there still is slower draw rate. It works though and is passable for average duty.
Be sure to scale back the display resolution the the lowest setting in system preferences before launching.
