Mini Display to Composite Video?

Ok, I am a DJ and on stage of club we got Composite Video Cable.
I went from Mini display port to DVI to Composite Video but it didn't work.

I got a Mini Display Port >HDMI and when I hook it up to the TV Directly it works... Now a HDMI>composite box is way too expensive(over $200), Is there any cheaper option to make this work?

I pulled out my older MBP with DVI>composite and works perfect. I am trying to get it to work with my new Macbook Pro though since runs smoother.
