Hello you early Mac Mini (Mid-2010) early adopters!

We all know that the HDMI port of the new Mac Mini outputs audio, but I'm curious if the Mini DisplayPort does as well, in conjunction with one of the MDP-HDMI adapters. This way, you could run two HDTVs with audio going to both, using only two HDMI cables! Why you would want to do this, I don't know yet, but surely it would be awesome.

Does the new Mac Mini route audio out of the Mini DisplayPort port???

has this been confirmed by any users around here? specifically using a monoprice mini displayport to hdmi adapter.

yes the mini-dp outputs audio. the adapter must be capable of passing the audio though. not all adapters do, so be sure to read the fine print.
