Mini DisplayPort - Any longer options?

Hi

Do you know if there is a longer version of the Mini DisplayPort-DVI ?

I hate that this adapter hanging to the left of my macbook pro.

Would love to hear some suggestions.

Until Mono comes out with theirs (shipping January 16th according to their site) you're stuck with the Apple brand adaptors. That really sucks that they are so short. Didn't really think about it until I saw your pic and thought about the Giffen stand (which I was thinking about getting). All that weight on that port can't be good.
