I'm using the 15" unibody MBP.
A few days ago, I got a 24" benq monitor with both a VGA and DVI-input. Now, because i told the salesman I work with graphic design, he recommended me to use the DVI-input, because it's a digital signal with few chances of noise and distortion.
Right now, I'm using the VGA-adapter I got to use with projectors at school, I've calibrated the screen to a certain degree, and I'm pretty happy with it.
My question is: will the Mini DisplayPort actually output all the correct data & 'stuf' to see any difference between VGA and DVI?
I'm a nub at cables, soz.
