Mini Displayport - HDMI Audio Out Problem

Hey gang,

i was doing some testing today with my cable and at times, my audio output through hdmi is choppy (play for a couple second, cut out, then come back after like 3 seconds).

right now its perfectly fine, but i am just worried cause i dont know if its my display adapter or gfx card problem? in addition, while testing this my mbp crashed ==

so my question is, anyone else experiencing this problem? intermittent problem of the hdmi audio out?

maybe i am just paranoid, it is fine right now at this moment.

Sma issue w/ my iMAC

Recently I'm having the same identical problem w/ my iMAC.
