I'm looking for a Mini-Displayport Male to DVI-Male cable. Does such a thing exist?

Right now, to connect a MacBook Pro to a DVI monitor, the only way I can see to do it is to use a mini-display male to DVI female cable and a DVI male-to-male. It appears that there is no one-cable solution (like this http://www.macmall.com/p/TrippLite-Cables/product~dpno~7750401~pdp.fdbhbij but with a mini-displayport end instead of a displayport).

Why does it even matter? Your display comes with a regular DVI cable so it makes sense to just get a miniDP -> DVI adapter.
