hey guys ,just got a macbook pro unibody

im lookin for a mindisplayport to s-video or composite

have a older tv with s-video an a yellow composite hook up,

can find anything with that.

any suggestions? thanks guys

Unfortunately, Apple doesn't make this adapter. Your only option is something like this. A scan converter must be used to convert the signal to video.

yeah i was looking for something and ended up with that same result.

i use the Mac mini with an HDMI input

but i was hoping to find a VGA to RCA/HDMI of the sorts so i wouldn't have to buy 2 different adaptors incase i wanted to hook my MacBook up.

very expensive haha

you would think that apple or someone would make one, done even some dell's have the mini display in them.

weird, crap, would be nice to have just one cable, like to hook a laptop up an watch netflex or hulu
