Mini-DV Playback Deck

Does anyone sell a mini-dv playback deck that I can use to capture footage with premiere pro instead of having to playback the footage on my camera? I've looked around and have only found professional grade equipment in the $1,000's.

I'm looking for something relatively cheap, preferably no more then $200.

Whenever people ask this I always suggest that the cheapest is to just buy another miniDV camera. It does everything a deck would do, at far lower cost, and as a bonus, you have a backup video camera too

Other than the costly pro models, that's really your only other choice.

the least professional miniDV deck is still like $800-900... like notjustjay said, you're better off buying the cheapest miniDV cam you can find.
