I have a Sony Monitor with a VGA output that I'm trying to connect to my Intel MB. I have a Belkin DVI-VGA adapter that fit my old video card fine. But now I have a Mini-DVI to DVI adapter for the MB, and the DVI end of the cable doesn't fit the DVI end of the adapter. It seems that there are 4 pins around the flat piece that cause it to not go down all the way, and the flat piece itself is a little larger than the female end of the MiniDVI-DVI cable.

Anyone know how I can remedy this situation short of buying a DVI monitor? (Any companys that make compatible Adapters or, modifying the adapter itself to fit and work)

Thanks!

Ah, ok i'll go get one of those. Man, why did Apple have to make the adapter DVI-D, would it have been so hard to make it DVI-I. Bah, I should have looked for this before I bought it. Thank you, for the resource. Time to search around my city for one. @ College and no car, going to be fun trying to find this adapter.
