I remember reading something about Apple releasing a smaller version of the iPhone 6. Something close to the size of the iPhone 4 & 5 models. I can't seem to find anything on it though.

Any truth to this? I want one.. haha.

I would say at this point, it is just wishful thinking on many people's part.

In my opinion it's not going to happen. The vast majority wants phones with larger screens, so that is what Apple makes.

Let's hope that Apple keeps a 4 inch iPhone around seriously. Not everyone wants a huge phone around.

There's certainly some speculation but it seems that rumor was squashed yesterday by a source that claimed its not true. It would really make sense for Apple to keep some version of a 4 inch phone, but it appears they are really betting on the 4.7 inch at minimum as the new standard.

There were some rumorsa about a 4" iPhone 7 but just rumors.

I would not hold my breath for a mini iPhone 6.

But then only Apple knows. I know very few wishing for a smaller phone than the 6.
