So I have a new monitor for my Mac Mini that's capable of displaying a wide color gamut.

If I visit this page I can clearly see all the differences that shows it's working including the big 'W' in the red box.

However, when my mac mini goes to sleep and I wake it up this page fails all the tests.

I have found a way to rectify it, by switching HDR on/off, but this clearly isn't a sustainable solution.

Any ideas?! LG blame OSX but I'm not convinced.

I know you don’t want to hear this- but MacOS Sleep is not reliable on every Mac. Typically it’s pretty good on laptops but historically a Mac driving a 3rd party monitor is a crapshoot.

I learned long ago never to use Sleep on a Mac that has a working project on it.
Kinda sucks, but that’s the nature of Sleep on some Mac/monitor combos
