My bro bought a mini motorbike a few days back. It was working great until he went off a drop. It works okay until you stop revving, and then the engine just cuts off.

Now I know nothing at all about bikes :) no idea what I'm looking for but he thinks it might be a spark plug problem.

Any folk here know what could be causing it? We can get it seen to professionally on Monday but might as well give it a try ourselves.

Cheers all :)

Yeah, those permissions are a b¡tch.

Seriously, though, it could be many things. Hell, it could be a screwed up chip (if that specific one uses computer chips).
Anyway, as you said, my first would be to check ignition, then gas handle and associated "thingies", then the clutch –*anyway, it could be many things. It's a mechanical thing, you have to do some basic fault searching. There's no standard answer to something like "I crashed, it doesn't work as it's supposed to, what should I do".

No, I don't know much about gas engines either, but a little about diesel-dittos.

Yea, was worth a shot!
Think it's just a problem with some tubes coming loose. We took them apart and put them on and it worked for a bit. Spark plug is okay too. Guess it's a job for the professionals.

It could be electric. It could be as simple as some of the wires to the spark plugs.
