I have a 12 pro max at the moment. I had a 12 mini and loved the one handed use but wanted the improved camera system of the max and the improved battery and real estate was a bonus. Now that the new lineup is coming i originally decided to get the mini. I know I’ll like the light weight and the ease of use one handed. But I fear im going to miss the real estate. Anyone else go from big to small and regret it?

No regrets here. Went from 11 pro max to 12 mini and love it. Feels sooo much better in hand and in the pocket. Definitely the best phone I've had since the iPhone 5s. The only downside is that it sounds like there will be no 14, 15, etc mini. So I either have to keep the 13 mini forever or give up on the perfect form factor.

Yeah I was thinking about that. Was a little concerned I’d get my heart set on the size and if it was discontinued I’d be SOL. Like people who hung onto to the original AE forever wanted another 4” phone.

I’m really on the fence on whether it’s worth getting a new phone to scale down the form factor. My main use cases are browsing reddit and looking up information via DuckDuckGo, messaging, some apple news, some media (YouTube, Prime Video, etc.) and phone calls. I don’t game and i take candid family pictures.

On the one hand i like the idea of one handed use and not having my basketball shorts fall down as I walk. On the other hand I like having more content on the screen. Also I have a significant number of authentications on the phone that would take a lot of effort to move over.

additionally there is nothing wrong with this phone. Battery health is at 100% and no raised blacks or damage.

I know everyone complains that people ask for the internet to justify them upgrading. I would just really appreciate some opinions cuz I’m struggling to decide
