I preordered a mini the day it was released. however it said it wouldnt be delivered for 2 weeks. when I first purchased it my credit was charged for the mini. recently i noticed my credit was refunded for the mini but I didnt get anything about a cancellation of my order. When I look up my order it just says processing. so is it cancelled or will it just be charged again "later" when the mini is available again. It did say 2 weeks so there is still a week and half before i find out.

Likely just an authorization check to complete the order. Apple doesn't charge your card until just before the item ships.

ok thanks. its a christmas gift so im stressing about it going through. What you say makes sense though since other stores do the same.

This happens with every preorder I do Apple, as long as Apple says it's processing, then don't sweat it :)
