Mini SAS on a MBP

Could you get one of these:

Plug that into your MBP (17")

Then get this:

Plug that into the adapter

Then get 4 of these:

And plug them into the Mini SAS to 4x eSata adapter.

Could that work? Because those enclosures are Hardware RAID so they show up on the mac as one drive.

What am I not thinking of?
