I need to update from Snow Leopard to Lion in order get my iCloud service to work on the computer. The question is I have xCode 4.3.3 currently installed. Will I have to upgrade my xCode as well?, and if I do how much of a hassle will it be? Thanks

I did the upgrade by mistake. I updated iphone to the newest ios and because of that xcode would not read my phone as a testing device. Then I found out that the newest xcode that I needed only worked under lion…. So I got to upgraded everything!

Honestly it wasn’t too bad I didn’t have to rewrite any code or change any apps just a lot of downloading and waiting. The install for xcode was fine and like I said all my projects from the previous version worked right away.

Thanks for your response. I think I will wait till I finish my xCode class then upgrade.
