Hey everyone!

I'm looking for a really clean, minimalist drawing app for my iPad Mini 7. I love sketching and quick ideation but find some apps are too feature-rich and get in the way.

I've used Procreate, Goodnotes, Apple Notes, and Notability before – all great, but not quite what I need right now. Something super streamlined would be awesome!

Any suggestions?

Hello Everyone,

Thank you people for the input.

Here's my opinionated eval if of interest to anyone, looks like I'm going back to Notability for the time being:

In my current workflow, I archive drawings outside of traditional note-taking apps, integrating them seamlessly into an Obsidian database. Notebook-style formats, with their linear structure and ease of export embed effortlessly into my notes. In contrast, while infinite canvases offer flexibility, I’ve found that exporting them, especially when the canvas has multiple zone of interest can sometimes be cumbersome, creating unnessesary friction. Maintaining ease of export and integration is therefore an important priority for me.
