is there any way to minimize windows from dock by just clicking on them like windows ? for example when i click on firefox it must show up and if i click again it must get minimize ...
this option is very useful so why snow leopard don't have it ?

i know about Exposé very well. now my left corners are set as Exposé and if i move my mouse there everything get Exposé ...
and command+H is know too but the fastest and easiest way is minimizing with mouse. its very very faster and easier because i don't need to move my hand to keyboard or Exposé applications and find the app there and click on it to show it ...
all these ways take time ...
if click on icon act as maximize and minimize then i save a lots of time daily ... !

I find the mouse highly inefficient from time to time, especially on bigger displays.
If I would have the habit to minimise windows, though as I use Spaces I can "scatter" my applications around on twelve Spaces, I would use CMD+TAB to switch to the application I want to minimise (as the Dock can only be used to select applications or minimised windows), then press CMD+M, though you might use System Preferences > Keyboard >> Keyboard Shortcuts to set another shortcut for "minimise" to have it done via one hand.

The principle of symmetrical interaction certainly argues for the convenience of clicking on a dock icon to minimize a window (as suggested). But it's good to be reminded that other techniques are available.
