Minimizing Dock Lag after minimal use

After about 5 minutes of logging on the minimize feature on the dock starts to lag and I have to restart the dock, but it starts to lag again after like 5 minutes oh and it also happens after programming with Python

Have you tried repairing permissions?

Maybe something have changed after 10.5.5....
