Minimum Age to sign Rogers contract in Canada?

Hello!
I live in BC Canada so I'm not sure about the minimum age differences.

I want to buy an iphone 4 with contract, and I'll probably be doing that with an Apple store near me.

This will be my first phone, so I don't know what's going on with contracts and set-ups (If someone is willing to go through the basic process with me, please do so!) I'll most likely sign a 3-year contract with Rogers (I'll be making an appointment with Apple.)

I did talk with an Apple Specialist, but I don't think he heard me correctly because there were just so much noise in the store and I was in a hurry.

I'm eighteen, I heard that you must be 19+ to sign the contract? My parents don't own cellphones (Lol I know..) so if so, I guess they have to accompany me to sign the contract?

Do they accept cash too?

No cash, must have a credit card and another ID like a drivers license. And you might need some more info as well. Credit checks will be run and most likely they will not get any hits as you are starting off building your credit rating.

This all changes if you go the Pay As You Go Route... but if it is an iPhone or other contract phone you want then you might be out of luck unless your parents sign up as their name and you are just listed as an Authorized User.

You should call Rogers and see what they say: 1-888-ROGERS1
Just speak to the Sales team.

Aw man, I guess I can't sign up by myself. I'm not old enough to have a credit card so I guess my parents will sign me up then.
