Hello

Since updating my LTE 64gb iPad 4 to iOS 7.0.3 the Settings icon still displays a red circle at its top right corner with a number 1 in it. I've been all over the settings sections including trying to prompt an update, but I can't clear it, nor am I amble to determine what is triggering it. I've shut down all apps and rebooted several times.

I'm at the point where I may just do a clean reformat of the thing... Any other tips or things to try?

Did you try a restarting the ipad by holding the power and home buttons? Other than that I'm not sure. I get that sometimes with email even after all my mail is read.

Not only have I tried restarting, but I just did an iOS 7.0.3 restore of my iPad from iTunes and the notification is still there.

I guess I'm going to have to try again, and not fully restore but stop at the point when the OS is freshly installed...
