Here are my most common quibbles:
Why when you select files using shift and the arrows when you then backtrack pressing say the down arrow Instead of the up One to deselect an item, instead of the last item you blued getting deselected, the one before the first item you originally selected ( the one in the bottom of the list) gets selected instead. Whats that about? Itunes used to have this strange behaviour too but luckily not anymore. Sorry for the convoluted way of explaining this.
Why does the search function on a folder goes by default to the user folder instead of the said folder you are in? Another quirk is that when you search only columns for modified date appear, why don't columns for type and size appear as they should?
You might want to suggest your own quirks here, and pssibly work arounds.
