Is anyone else noticing issues with handoffs between AT&T's LTE and 3G networks when making calls?
For starters, when I first activated the phone, LTE came up, and data and messaging worked fine. However, it wouldn't take or receive calls. I turned the phone off and back on, and that seemed to fix it. Calls go through the 3G network so the "4G" indicator comes on when making or receiving a call.
That said, I just tried to make a call when LTE indicator was on. It failed at first (and the indicator never changed to "4G"), but then when I re-dialed, it did go through.
I did dial myself, and receiving calls seemed to work OK even when the indicator was on LTE.
I'm wondering if there are some hand-off issues that need to be resolved, perhaps in a carrier update or 6.0.1.
