Last night I updated my Mac Mini to 10.5.8 and all of the other updates I needed.

I went to work in Garageband( I have iLife 05 atm) and at first I got a CoreAudio Error, but I fixed it no problem. Today I started it back up once I got home, started Garageband and had no errors. As I started the audio project I played one of the drum ballads on it and I got no sound at all. I checked my speakers and tried it without external speakers and used the internal speaker on the Mac, but still got no sound.

If anyone knows how I can fix this minor problem(I hope it is) then please respond.

Thank you.

I know it's a silly question, I don't have as much knowledge of come Mac OS X things compared to PC.

When I got to System Preferences>>Sound>>Audio Ouput
all that it shows is
Name: Headphones Type:Build-in Audio

That was the problem. The audio output was not selected when I checked the preferences. I have it set to play through the internal audio now.

Thank you for the help.:)
