I picked one up on eBay for $324 after taking into consideration bonus eBay bucks, last week. Was a little dirty, but in mint condition, so I'm extremely happy with it. Has warranty through the end of Sept 2016. I'd say do it for $310, especially if you've seen it in person. eBay is always a gamble, especially at prices this high, to me anyway.

I assume it has regular apple care...even if it was bought day of release its got apple care for another 6 months
