Mirror external drives on Time Capsule?

My Mac backs up to a Time Capsule.

Attached to the Time Capsule, I have two external USB drives. The first of these is my media drive - containing music and videos - the second is a backup of that drive.

At present, I do the backup manually. Is there any way to set things so that the second drive automatically mirrors the first?
