iPad Mirror iPad to MacBook possible?

Hi, I don't Need the function of SideCar to use the iPad as a second screen.. I want to use the MacBook and the connected monitor to function as a second screen for my iPad! So I can draw an and take notes on all my iPad apps and see these drawing etc on my big screen
