iPhone Mirror iPhone on car

There is any application that allows you to mirror the iPhone on the car screen?

I have a 2015 VW Golf and I was trying to use carplay, but it seems that is not available for this model.
The model here in Argentina is called Confortline, the 1.4L TSI DSG, with no nav or voice controls. Carplay ask you to use the voice control to activate.

If your HU supports video in then you can add a miracast type device which will mirror your phone via wifi. Bit clunky and you'll probably need Bluetooth for the audio but it kinda works ok
