Mirror iPhone

Hi,

Is there any mac software that will allow you to mirror your iphone screen on your mac... i need to be able to record (video) an app demo on my phone.

Any tips / advice would be greatly appreciated...

I use Reflector for that!

But that's generally the either wat around right ? From your iPhone to your Mac ? As the APP website says...

When you would like to record screen directly on your jailbroken device you could use RecordMyScreen.

I still don't get the purpose of using such an APP ?? why would you want to mirror your iPhone or iPad ? what are you trying to achieve unless you have a very once in a while need ? I don't see the usability of this APP very often ! Who is the target audience of such an APP ? It looks like just an novelty without any real need to use it ? I mean someone why ?
