Hi guys,

I have 90 year old grandmother who is 90% deaf and disabled by a stroke - only able to use her right arm and hand. she spends the majority of her day in bed and we (our family) regularly visit her to talk and keep her up to date with life. To do this we have been using a dry erase board for communicating and showing her pictures etc one at a time. I recently bought her an iPad and a heavy duty flexible iPad holder that will attach on the side of her bed. I just got the iPad in the mail and have been working on setting it up (putting special apps on it etc). One of my intended functions is that she will be able to (with one hand) flip through pictures, play videos, maybe even go on the internet (god willing). Another intended function is to use the iPad as a dry erase board, allowing family to sit next to her with a wireless keyboard and mouse and talk to her via writing in like (for example) a word program. Ideally, it would be great to find an app that allows family to mirror their iOS devices (we all have iPhones and iPads ourselves) and write and show things directly from our devices to hers. Thus my problem!!!I can't for the life of me find any apps that allow iOS to iOS device mirroring. Can you please recommend any if they exists?

I don't think any software like that exists. Your best bet is using an Apple TV to mirror and show things on a large TV. Sorry there isn't anything else I can think of.

Wouldn't an iMessage group chat work? Just invite all family members to that chat, instantly share text and photos/videos?
